Respectful Stockton Cop doesn't tow

Very rare occurrence in Stockton. The police were respectful to both the driver and us.

Police responded to a 415 (disturbance) in the Jack in the Box drive thru. She was unable to drive and the police allowed another citizen to assist her with the car instead of towing it.  

 We were very happy to see community policing in Stockton.
