Stockton Police Chief Jones lied when he claimed Atwaune Burrise rammed police; however, the camera does not lie. Previously unreleased video of the two officers in Car 4200; the car that rammed Burrise, prove what really happened July 15. Canda Press was on the scene when a Stockton Cop went to start hitting a mentally ill man with his club after he had be restrained by two other officers. The bike cop, "Mary 13" aka Sean McPherson #2429, wanted to use bean bags. A female officer of a much sounder mind and her partner simply walked up to the man and easily restrained the man. Once the man was restrained, the cowardly bike cop finally unglued his ass from his motorcycle and went to pounce, preparing to hit the man with his club.   The following is radio feed of the CHP chase resulting in a crash on Tracy Blvd that killed four teens. The radio call is very graphic so please judge for yourself if you want to hear it. The incident has affected us greatly and we pray for all the families and friends involved. We debated publishing it; however, our community lost four bright young lives and the community deserves answers. The CHP's initial reports of the incident are incorrect as reported in the news. As the feed shows, the CHP never discontinued he chase and in fact had an officer stationed at Tracy Blvd to intercept the vehicle and at least one still chasing. Stockton PD stalks black man until they fake a charge for "no lights" Yesterday's video "Stockton PD Racist Stop: On-air racial profiling, follow, stop for speeding, Cuff, and Search" was actually part 2. This video is part 1 because a few days earlier we had filmed much the same thing. With a lot of effort, we did get the citing officers name: Courtlyn Chappell #2668. Chappell has been involved in at least one officer involved shooting, the shooting of Rodrigo Nayotl-Acuahuitl. Officers caught doing racist stuff do not like to give their names, and that was the case tonight. All refused to ID, except Chappell. Antwaune Burrise Police Shooting Body Cams - Stockton, California These are  the full body cam video of the police shooting of Antwuane Burrise on July 15, 2020 at about 12:10 am.  CandaPress redacted the video portions showing the victim. Stockton Police still have not released the full body cam of John Griffin. He is the officer purportedly in "danger". As Wells' video shows, he was in no danger at all when the officers opened fire.  Griffin is moving from the shooting he knows is going to start.  It is equally clear by Wells' statements immediately after the shooting but prior to clearing the vehicle that the police had no intention of allowing Burrise to survive this incident. The videos were redacted by CandaPress out of respect for the Burrise family.   Antwaune is dragged out of the car and across the pavement having been shot in the head multiple times and it is an extremely gory scene.
