We audit MID - Modesto Irrigation District.  Not a major league fail, so we give them a D- for harassing our first amendment right with their incessant siren and hollow threats.   San Joaquin Valley Transparency's take on this audit:

  California is dumping nearly $100 million dollars in grant funding; our money; tax money, into select cities for DUI check points.  On this night in Elk Grove, the tax payers of the state of California paid Elk Grove Police road pirates tens of thousands of dollars to steal two vehicles.  No arrests. No DUIs. Zero good done for society.  This is only good for cop wallets. Elk Grove is a prime example of what an extraordinary waste of tax dollars this is. This is an overtime/money scheme for police agencies who do little to no work at these check points.  This is a time of defunding police; especially wasteful excess. Overall Elk Grove PD did well at the audit; however, they did no good for society at all. It was complete waste of California tax payer money. Elk Grove made zero DUI arrests and for all the overtime spent. The best they could do was steal a couple of cars for unlicensed driver.   Elk Grove PD should be massively defunded.  One officer, in violation of EGPD policy, gave a false name and that video will be published later since he claimed, on camera to be a good cop; then lied about his name.   We audit lazy, sleepy, Tracy PD on Friday night. Were things bumping? No. It looked more like a hotel than a police department. Big time pass.   We audit Stockton CHP; which is essentially a boring, very secure, building in middle of a field. They pass the First Amendment Audit; however, multiple vehicle code violations were found on their personal vehicels. Stockton CHP apparently believe the vehicle code does not apply to their personal vehicles; but they can drive around all day giving senseless tickets. In fact, the CHP does little else other than write senseless tickets; basically high speed meter maids.   We audit Stockton Regional Transit District. RTD Failed. Their clueless Allied Security Guard (aren't all from that company clueless?) believes he controls the sidewalk. Stockton PD passes and simply educates the guards without making contact.

 We audit Stockton Police. They pass. We search for Skagg to confirm or refute the rumor Jeremiah Skaggs had been terminated.  Unfortunatley, we later found out he has not been fired.  Jones continues to cover for Skaggs and release the videos of the attack by  Skaggs on auditor AirkQQled Accountability.
