His "friends in blue" were unable to find anything to cite or arrest him for, despite the citizen's best efforts to get himself arrested. Do not consent to searches. Do not consent to field sobriety tests.  In CA, you DO NOT have to submit to DUI testing (blood or urine) until you have been arrested. You NEVER have to take ANY Field sobriety test. Do not talk to the police!!!! They are NOT your friends. They want to arrest you and inflict as much damage on you as they can.  The entire time...

Never consent to a search of your vehicle. Never. Stockton police are well documented for pulling over hispanics and blacks for minor and /or contrived vehicle code violations and using coercion and intimidation to get them to submit to a search. DO NOT fall for it. Stockton police officers would not let you search their vehicle. Be like Stockton PD, do not consent to vehicle searches.
