Cuffed and Searched for False Tail Light Ticket

 Bad apple Stockton cops Ryan Chase #2528 and Michael Garcia #2950 lie claiming the individuals tail light is out. It isn't.    The officers cuffed and searched them with a false violation.

We filmed the encounter.  As they drove away after the cuff and search, we observed that the cops had been lying and thus had committed multiple crimes.







Relevant portion of the vehicle code based on the violation cited.

CVC 24600 -  During darkness (It wasn't dark) every motor vehicle which is not in combination with any other vehicle and every vehicle at the end of a combination of vehicles shall be equipped with lighted taillamps mounted on the rear as follows:

(a) Every vehicle shall be equipped with one or more taillamps. (It was)

(c) Every vehicle or vehicle at the end of a combination of vehicles, subject to subdivision (a) of Section 22406 shall be equipped with not less than two taillamps.  (It had two)

(d) When two taillamps are required, at least one shall be mounted at the left and one at the right side respectively at the same level. (It had left and right)

(e) Taillamps shall be red in color and shall be plainly visible from all distances within 500 feet to the rear except that taillamps on vehicles manufactured after January 1, 1969, shall be plainly visible from all distances within 1,000 feet to the rear.  (Fully compliant)

Stockton Police Officers who violently attacked copwatcher for filming identified

Violent, rights violating Stockton Police bike gang members Jeremiah Skaggs, Zachary Adams, and Sean McPherson identified! Stockton Police violently attacked Police Accountability Journalist Airkqqled Accountability On May 27, 2020, Jeremiah Skaggs, Zachary Adams, and Sean McPherson beat Airkqqled Accountability to within an inch of life, bruising his ribs and breaking his arm in two spots. Stockton PD claims in their report that he is not "official press". After months of coverup, the three officers were finally identified. The three cops are identified as Jeremiah Skaggs, who beat and tackled AC, Zachary Adams who used the taser continuously, and Sean McPherson who beat AC with the baton and likely used his baton to break AC's arm. Stockton Police Jeremiah Skaggs beats and taze senior citizen nearly to death for filming in public

On May 27, 2019 Stockton Police Officer Jeremiah Skaggs and other officers beat and tazed a citizen for video recording them.
